Vision and Mission of Sahid Kshudiram Memorial Trust

A sense of patriotism with a motivation to serve the people is the main source of inspiration to establish "Sahid Kshudiram Memorial Trust" as a non-commercial educational organization. Mr. Pabitra Jana, the Founder Chairman of the Trust, a renowned educationist and philanthropist, registered the Trust in 2021. The Vision and Mission of the Trust since its inception has been to establish a leading educational institution dedicated to providing high-quality holistic education that empowers students to achieve their full potential and establish themselves as successful professionals in their respective fields. It promotes values of integrity, respect, and social responsibility within the community while also providing socio-educational services to the needy and underprivileged people.

In the present times, medical science is undergoing significant changes. The hospital sector is witnessing a major revamp in infrastructure with regards to equipment and human resources. Nursing professionals will play a key role in the healthcare sector. Therefore, nurses need to be equipped with modern nursing science and techniques to render quality care and services to patients.

The Trust believes that nurses are key persons in a healthcare setup. Unless the standard of nursing is improved and upgraded, a hospital will not be able to deliver quality care to patients. There is an untiring effort by the members of the Trust to upgrade the quality of treatment facilities as well as the moral and ethical values of healthcare providers.

Therefore, the Governing Body of the Trust has put much emphasis on uplifting the standard of nursing education. The Trust feels the need to open a Nursing Institute to prepare nursing students to render comprehensive quality care to patients, fulfilling the Vision and Mission of the Trust.
